CANCELLATION POLICY:
All changes and cancellations in motel reservations must be made prior to 7 days before arrival date.
Your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee.
Any cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

No Show = forfeiture of the full deposit.

Required Deposit:
4 days or less = daily rate + 12% Tax
5 days or more = flat rate of $200 + 12% Tax

Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds for early departures or cancellations.
